The Training and Productivity Authority of Fiji (TPAF) is a statutory organization established by the Parliament of the Republic of the Fiji Islands under the Training & Productivity Authority of Fiji Act of 2002 and succeeds the former Fiji National Training Council (FNTC).
TPAF falls under the ambit of the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations, Employment, Local Government, Urban Development & Housing with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry as the Chairman of the TPAF Board and the Director General as the Chief Executive of the Authority. TPAF's supreme policy body is a 14 member tripartite Board, comprising representatives from Government, Employers and Employees.
The TPAF Board is supplemented by three Councils that oversee the functions of the Authority, namely:
- National Training and Productivity Council (NTPC)
- National Quality Awards Council (NQAC)
- National Standards and Accreditation Council (NSAC)
