The functions of the TPAF Corporate Services Department are:

  • To provide and administer all financial services
     

  • To notify and collect all levies due from all organizations that are required to pay levy as per the Levy Order of the TPAF Act.
     

  • To administer training grants for Method A and Method B employers and to provide a range of grants to encourage employers to train their workers.
     

  • To approve Training programs for grant claim purposes and register training staff.
     

  • To provide publication services required for the delivery of training and promotion of TPAF.
     

  • To provide services relating to all employment matters including the recruitment, maintenance of personal records, training, PMS and administration of all benefits relating to employees.
     

  • To provide, maintain and supervise all physical infrastructure and services required to promote a clean and safe training and working environment. 
     

  • To facilitate the procurement of all required goods and services.
     

  • To search, arrange, provide and supervise all Information Technology related services.
